Went in for an annual check up and cleaning today. I hadn’t been to the dentist since relocating for work back in 2023. So, my smile might have cosmetically looked good but I needed some work done.
Dr. Shanthala and her staff were top notch. They gave me the option to break up the procedures or take care of it right then. I opted to just knock it out. I had full imaging, 3 fillings, and a deep clean completed in about 2.5-3 hours.
The entire experience was centered on my comfortability as the patient. There was even a Roku TV on the ceiling allowing me to watch a movie instead of sitting there just thinking about the drills and hooks in my mouth. If I needed a break, that was no problem. If I felt anything at all, I raised my hand and they ensured the area was numb before continuing.
This will be the dental practice that I use as long as I’m in the DFW.
